Official Rules:

“Win a Free Whitetail Hunt” is sponsored by Camobooty, LLC. and Link’s Wild Safaris. The sweepstakes runs from 12:01 am EST, Saturday Nov 15, 2014 through 11:59 pm EST Friday, October 2, 2015.

How to Enter:

NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY TO WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Enter by completing the Official Registration Form at www.camobooty.com. You may also enter by mailing in an 8 ½ by 11 sheet of paper with your full legal name, age, email address, phone number, mailing address and zip code to Free Whitetail Hunt c/o Camobooty, LLC. P.O. Box 210 Minong, WI 54859. Limit one entry per person / email account. Multiple entries by the same person using a different email address will not be accepted. Entries are limited to individuals only: commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. Sponsors are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entries of information by participants; lost entries or transmissions; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; scrambled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, technical, human or electronic, technical malfunctions of the computer hardware, software, or any combination thereof; or problems associated with any virus or other damage caused to entrant’s systems. Incomplete entries will be voided. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be returned.

Eligibility:

The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age before Nov 21, 2015. PERSONS LIVING IN STATES WHERE CONTEST IS PROHIBITED BY LAW ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION. The sweepstakes runs from 12:01 am EST, Saturday, November 15, 2014 through 11:59 pm EST Friday, October 2, 2015. Employees of Camobooty, LLC and Link’s Wild Safaris and their respective affiliates, ad or promotion agencies involved in the Sweepstakes and their immediate family members and those living in the same households are not eligible to enter. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. No entry fee, payment or proof of purchase is necessary to enter the Sweepstakes. Void where taxed, restricted or otherwise restricted by law.

Winner Selection:

All valid entries received between 12:01 am EST, Saturday, November 15, 2014 and 11:59 pm EST Friday, October 2, 2015 are eligible to win the prize. Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Monday, October 5, 2015. Winners will be notified by email and / or regular certified mail and telephone. Winners will also be announced on the home page of the website www.camobooty.com and posted to the Free Whitetail Hunt page at www.camobooty.com.

Prizes:

Grand Prize is a FREE RANGE RIFLE WHITETAIL DEER HUNT WITH JAY LINK, OWNER OF LINK’S WILD SAFARIS AT JAY’S SAFARI WHITETAIL RESORT ON 900 ACRES OF PRIME WHITETAIL HABITAT LOCATED OUTSIDE MINONG, WISCONSIN FOR 5 DAYS BETWEEN NOVEMBER 21, 2015 AND November 29, 2015. Contest winner must provide their own transportation and arrive at Minneapolis-St. Paul International airport in St. Paul, Minnesota on (their choice) of November 20, 21 or 22, 2015 and plan to depart Minneapolis-St. Paul International airport in St. Paul, Minnesota Nov 27, 28 or 29 2015 pending their arrival date. Prize includes lodging, meals, transportation to and from airport to lodge, guide, hunt and field dressing if whitetail is harvested. Winner will also receive a minimum of 2 Hoodies, 2 Long Sleeve Shooting Shirts, 2 SS Tee Shirts, 2 Hats and 6 can coozies from WWW.CAMOBOOTY.COM for use during the hunt. Retail value is approx $300 depending on clothing size of winner. Approximate value of Grand Prize package is $2800.00. Hunt may also be filmed and / or photographed for marketing and tv advertising. Prize is not transferable and dates cannot be changed. Sweepstakes sponsors reserve the right to provide substitute prizes of equal or greater value should any of the participating sponsors not be able to fulfill their part of the prize package.

Five other lucky winners will also receive a prize package to include a minimum of 1 Hoodie, 1 Long Sleeve Shooting Shirt, 1 Short Sleeve Tee Shirt, 1 Hat and 3 can coozies from WWW.CAMOBOOTY.COM. Retail value is approx. $150 depending on clothing size of winner. No substitutions, refunds, credit charges are allowed and no cash will be provided in lieu of stated prizes. Any and all expenses incidental to the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Hunting license is the responsibility of the winner and winner must meet Wisconsin state laws for obtaining a license. Winners are also responsible for their own gear, trip enhancements, tips and gratuities.

Restrictions:

Transportation to and from Minneapolis – St. Paul International Airport and the winner’s home will not be provided by the Sponsors. If the winner is unable to travel on the date indicated after accepting the prize, the prize will be forfeited. Winners are responsible for any tax consequences and for compliance with all governmental reporting agencies.

General Rules and Conditions:

By submitting an entry for this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules. Winners will be required to sign and complete an affidavit of eligibility and waiver of liability and publicity release and return it within 14 days of prize notification or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours using reasonable efforts or if the potential winner does not comply with these Rules, an alternative winner may be randomly chosen. Any travel companion will need to pay the full cost of the hunt ($2500) if they chose to hunt and / or sign like waivers of liability and publicity release prior to hunt dates. If travel companion is a minor, minor must have parent or legal guardian sign documents on his/her behalf and must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian on trip. Each prize winner will give Sponsors the right to use the prize winner’s name, voice, picture, and likeness in advertising and publicity without further compensation, where permitted by law. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including with limitation infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of the Sponsors which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsors reserve the right at their discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and to select prize winners from among entries received prior to the suspension or termination of the program. The Sponsors further reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with or in any way corrupts the entry process and reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant or individual to the full extent of the law. This contest is governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin and any legal action will be served in the state of Wisconsin.
